Will reconnect. | 2016-12-31 05:47:58 Based upon what we see there is a connectivity problem from your location. This connectivity problem is affecting historical data and real-time data. Normally in the case of historical data we recommend using port 80: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/HistoricalIntradayData.html#UsingPort80 But we are not sure that is going to help in your case. For the real-time data, we really do not know what to say because the port being used is 443. However, try unchecking this option : Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> SC Server Settings >>Always Use Port 443 for Real-time Data.
