A few years ago, I traded the same market using different strategies by using different instances of SC and the orders did not show on the second and even third and fouth Instances. I stopped that trading system about Feb 2015. Did anything mayor changed after that? I am 100% sure that I could previously do what I now want to do, by only using different client ID's and I also had to check something to override IB positions (not sure what). The problem with using a second IB account (or sub-account) is that I will have to use 2 computers. One cannot run 2 applications of IB on one computer. |
