We cannot solve this. This is due to a Rithmic API software compatibility issue with Vista. The minimum operating system supported is Windows 7. This is stated very clearly here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php You must get off of Vista. Or go back to the previous version of Sierra Chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#Rollback But you are taking a chance running Rithmic on Vista.
