You can view the Transaction Log and Payment Receipts for your account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog On 2016-11-03 You have set Auto-Renew for Service Package to 3 (Standard) to renew every 1 month. As your account was a trial account, and after the 2nd payment the Services Balance had the exact amount needed to renew the Service for 1 month, the result was the Service was extended for one month and your Services Balance is now 0. 2.
