Hi SC, I tried to submit my Letter of Direction to FXCM, and they replied to me with the following email: "Please note that we received your Letter of Direction Request Form for "Sierra Pacific Software Limited". At this time the request cannot be processed as your account is currently on Dealing Desk execution. Please note that the requested service provider does not offer services for Dealing Desk accounts. If you need your account to be set with your preferred service provider, please submit the below Standard Transfer Form request in order the execution model and the leverage of your account to be switched to Standard:" This seems to contradict what you have stated regarding "no account minimum". It seems that they are claiming you need to open a standard account, which has a minimum balance of $5000. Please advise. |
