I have a chartbook with 2 5 minute charts, one for es and one for cl and both have the same 30 days of intraday data loaded. I created a spreadsheet system for trading that has 2 sheets, sheet1 for the es chart and sheet2 for the cl chart. I ran the Autotrade system replay backtest separately for each one and noted the results. When I ran the es backtest I disabled autotrading on sheet2 for the cl chart by setting cell J28 to 1 and did the reverse when I ran the cl test. Then I enabled autotrading on both sheet1 and sheet2, checked the replay box that enables the test "For all charts in chartbook", set the interval to 1 second and reran the backtest. The results were significantly different even though neither spreadsheet uses any information from the other. Can you tell me what causes this; are there any settings I need to change for this to work properly. My goal is to be able to autotrade multiple symbols simultaneously.
