We have looked this over. And we did not get the information needed because you had restarted Sierra Chart. What we need to know is when you change the symbol of the chart, do you see a message on the chart that says "Downloading Historical Data". If an Intraday data download was previously done for the symbol since last connecting to the data feed, then you will not see this message. Make sure you have Global Settings >> General Settings >> Show on Chart Status Messages enabled. We probably will need to get your Chartbook in order to test this.
