So at this point it appears as though that Sierra Chart is using market data since the last chart update and before the fill for the move to breakeven action when it should not be doing that. We are going to filter that data out. Since the market was moving fast at the time of the fill, that data before the fill is apparently what triggered the move to breakeven. Update: However, we later learned that you are using true real-time data from Interactive Brokers which is the definitive cause of the problem in this particular case because that data is lagging by five seconds. We have added a time credit to your account. We certainly are aware of these kinds of scenarios and do manage these accordingly but this particular one involving move to breakeven actions was never considered. However, one thing we do recognize is that if market data is ever delayed, relative to the time of a fill, and is received after the fill, it will not/cannot be filtered and can still affect the move to break even action.
