I went to the page you asked, but the time was not expired. I extended it anyway. then I saw a red notices that my service package was disabled. I don't know why, because I always have extended when notified. Anyway I tried to add the $24 that it said was necessary, but it didn't work. Was some change made from the way things functioned before? I shop on Amazon regularly without any difficulty, but am often confused by Sierra Chart's website maze. Can someone renew my previous package for me, and I will give you my credit card number? I would think that my repetitious renewals would be simple, and that my service would never be disabled.
