Could it be that I do not have the proper amount of funds in my account? I may not, by now, but when the issue started, I surely had several days left. Obviously I am not going to "re-up" until this is resolved. I need this issue resolved asap please. I have been w/o data now for a few days and that cannot stand. As I write this CLX16 is trading live at 48.41 at 5:51am in tradestation, Sierra charts frozen at 48.56 since yesterday. My overnight charts frozen as well.However, my RTH shows a last trade of 48.81. I really like Sierra and would hate to have to leave due to this issue not be handled in time. Thank you. My buddy who also had data issues yesterday with Sierra did a simple reboot of his platform and that was all it took. Not me...that didnt work.
