I am getting the same problems. I have a tab (sheet) for metals. All the charts are blank. At first, it would not connect at all. Then, I read that others were having the same problem and if using GAIN capital we should update to the latest version (server addresses have changed, or something). Having updated I can connect but the charts have gone blank (here is a piece of the message log) Is this related to the new version? Or, to a new Package 5 evaluation (which I did not request)? I'm at a loss. None of my open positions are being pulled in either. |
