Hi, I've been using SC to connect to my S5/Gain Capital trading account for many months with no problems until yesterday. I still cannot connect to GC today. I noticed they have changed their Server name as my old Server Name was not "prod.gainfutures.com. I've switched it to the current Server name but still cannot connect. I have sent a copy of my message log to Sierra Chart. Can you help? |
