Thanks, it works well with the levels now. How can I download historical intraday data? I only see the current contract month. |

Start a new Support Board request about this. There should not be any problem with this. It sounds like there is a connectivity problem related to downloading the historical price data.

I came to understand that SC is planning to offer its datafeeds trough AMP(clearing). Do you have any updates on when we can expect to make the selection for your feed through AMP?

1. We definitely do not expect ICE to be added.
2. This is already available now, it is $20 a month. What's the lower cost option with Order Routing if ICE is needed? |

When renewing my subscription for the Denali data feed, I had to fill an agreement and sign it. Ok, but do we have to do this every month? |

Hey Guys, Just catching up on this post. Looking at switching over from CQG to the Denali Data Feed. How is the EUREX capability for Denali coming along? When using Denali can you still route using the Sierra Data Servers eg In Singapore etc? Thanks |

No EUREX is not offered with the Denali exchange data feed. When using Denali can you still route using the Sierra Data Servers eg In Singapore etc? Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service A server in Singapore is supported for order routing. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thanks for the reply. Any plans to include EUREX in the future or is the cost not worth it? |

No this was definitely decided against for the time being. Our time is better spent on other things rather than struggling with the EUREX which is only used by a small percentage of the user base. We may work with Barchart to offer a better version of the EUREX data feed.

Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Can you offer delayed streaming ICE quotes with Denali/the lower cost option? |

Not with the Denali data feed. We will have to see if that can be done with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This would have to be allowed by ICE. They do have tight market data rules.

I'm not sure I fully understand. Do I have have to provide my Interactive Broker Trading Account number ? This is new that we have to provide such a sensitive information. These ate the fields that I see requested in the form. Trading Account Number => Realy ?? Clearing Firm => No sure what this is ? Name of Salesperson at the broker / FCM => Same here ... I have no particular person I'm dealing with. Signed |

Yes. We have been requested to get the trading account number. If you do not want to provide it, then discontinue the data feed. This is not negotiable. We have to comply with the rules. We do not like them but it is not up to us. This information is made available to our provider of the CME data, the vendor of record. And provided to the CME. Clearing firm in your case would be Interactive Brokers. For the salesperson just put the name of the brokerage. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. SierraChart Order routing is TT Order Routing. IB use only IB order Routing (IB is all in One system) TT or CGG is routing for a lot of brokers. But you can user Denial DataFeed with IB is great. |

If you use SierraChart With the Broker IB (SierraChart use IB TWS (or IB API) who USE IB Routing Who use IB Broker) SierraChart with SierraChart Order Rounting and the Broker AMP (SierraChart Use TT Order Routing who use AMP Broker) SierraChart with CQG and the Broker ironbeam (SierraChart Use CQG Order Routing who use Ironbean Broker) You can use IB with SierraCharts but only with a bridge IB TWS or IB API who use only IB Order Routing. Just as an additional note: As far as i understand, SC will offer a trading journal feature in the hopefully not so distant future. This will be based on SC order routing data. Something to think about. Maybe this will get a fully fleshed out feature. But i guess if you have a really BIG trading account, almost nothing beats IB in terms of safety. As a broker they really have an eye on cutomers leveraged positions. Therefore they will go bust as one of the very last brokers, afaik. |

Also what are the exact differences between the Sierra Data Feed and Denali Data Feed other than exchanges available. Are they both Market By Order (MBO) data and contain features like estimated position in queue, trade order id etc... Are they both the same in accuracy in terms of market depth and time to recalculate orders etc? Thanks |

There is no difference between the two data feeds other than the exchanges.
