Can we do a remote assistance session with you now to look into this on your side. There are things about this issue we are not understanding. There should not be any excessive memory use or unusual problems with pulling and stacking columns. We did check on this now.

Make sure your current telephone number is here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo

We still have the Tick Size issue to look into and that requires very in-depth analysis and server updates, but we need to understand why there is a problem with pulling and stacking columns in your case. That should be solvable.

There is another problem related to this. And that is the correct Tick Size is not being sent by the server for options. We now determined how to obtain this from the CME security definition data for an option contract.

That will be resolved we expect over the weekend and should be fine next week.

No, this does not require a new version. It is something updated on the server only. Nothing you would have to do.

We want you to update to the latest prerelease of Sierra Chart. Help >> Download Prerelease. Follow these instructions:

Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure you are running version 2669.

And regarding the correct Tick Size for options that is not yet complete. We probably will not have that done until Tuesday evening.

SO DO NOT USE THE COLUMNS?

You can use the market data columns (like Recent Volume) at this time. But until the options Tick Size issue is resolved they are not going to display any data.

GETTING RECENT VOLUME AND NOW THE NUMBERS ARE NORMAL

Since this is private chat, let me ask this about my trading records. I have an automation which is stop and reverse meaning the sell entry is just opposite of the buy. There are no targets or stops. Its been only buying these past few days, and when it exits, it does not show the order. It only shows the buy orders. The few losses it has, it shows them, but it has to be for more than a few points. Otherwise its getting long, and staying long I guess because the sell entry has not been met, BUT, the moment it does exit, its been getting right back in and the selling orders do not show in the log. Ive been creating these for quite some time and this is something Ive not ever encountered. Any reason you might think?

LastTimeSalesRecordBidPrice > LastTimeSalesRecordBidPrice-1*sc.TickSize &&
LastTimeSalesRecordAskPrice > LastTimeSalesRecordAskPrice-1*sc.TickSize...
...
This is the buy entry, and sell is just the opposite, but my question is, can the sell condition ever be true based on certain market conditions?
Sell condition = LastTimeSalesRecordBidPrice < LastTimeSalesRecordBidPrice-1*sc.TickSize &&
   LastTimeSalesRecordAskPrice < LastTimeSalesRecordAskPrice-1*sc.TickSize
Thanks.

Your condition is not making any sense to us. You are checking to see if the most recent time and sales record Bid Price is less than itself less 1 tick. This is impossible, as you are asking the system to make a comparison such as the following:
2580.75 < 2580.50

The Buy situation has the opposite issue, it will always be true, as you are asking the following:
2580.75 > 2580.50

At some point the sell condition is being met because the buy trades are exiting and entering again, just not showing the exit trades, that was my main concern. Thanks
