Rithmic permission denied - Error downloading historical intraday data

Dear support team, Since 2 days I am receiving error messages regarding downloading historical intraday data via rithmic connection. I am connected via TheTradingPit Frankfurt servers. I attached a screenshot of the message log. Any idea what could be the reason for that. I actuallay did not change any settings within sierra chart. Would be best to contact Rithmic, but there is a limit on the number of gigabytes per month. Something like that. Sierra Chart does not and never has had any limits like this. I received the same error message however I do not use Rithmic, I use the suggested Denali Exchange Data Feed.
