Prop Firm - APEX -Connection issues

Hello,

Since this morning I can not connect to my prop-firm account. The bar stays yellow with a "connecting" message.

Is there any connectivity issues this morning or maybe a software update is requried ?

Rithmic is having a problem with their Chicago server for Sierra Chart. We have notified them about this. This is a Rithmic issue.

Use a different location @User837393, I tried Sao Paulo, others have tried Frankfurt, not ideal but a workaround.

From Rithmic:
Rithmic is experiencing an ISP outage and is working on a resolution.

While Rithmic Operations are working with the ISP on a resolution, file uploads have been paused. The issue may also affect Sierra Charts connections via the Chicago Gateway.

Rithmic Support will follow up with more updates once available.


For the time being try using a server other than a Chicago server. You can control this through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Server.
