Rithmic is experiencing an ISP outage and is working on a resolution.

While Rithmic Operations are working with the ISP on a resolution, file uploads have been paused. The issue may also affect Sierra Charts connections via the Chicago Gateway.

Rithmic Support will follow up with more updates once available.


For the time being try using a server other than a Chicago server. You can control this through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Server.
