tried the Sao Paulo connection and it works, obviously this is not ideal but it tells you the issue is with the Chicago Aggregated and Non Aggregated services

In the meantime, until Rithmic resolves the issue: To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks in Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. From Rithmic: Rithmic is experiencing an ISP outage and is working on a resolution.
While Rithmic Operations are working with the ISP on a resolution, file uploads have been paused. The issue may also affect Sierra Charts connections via the Chicago Gateway. Rithmic Support will follow up with more updates once available. For the time being try using a server other than a Chicago server. I've tried all of the above including some APEX servers I've not noticed previously. That said Chicago non-aggregated is my recommended default server. Nothing in the above has resolved the Rithmic connection issue for me. So, day 3 (GMT) and I'm still getting permission denied across all servers which makes me think this is not a priority with Rithmic.
I have reduced Sierra to simply a charting platform for the time being in the hope Rithmic are actually going to provide a fix for Sierra Chart. Luckily I can still trade through Rithmic using other platforms but Sierra has always been my platform of choice - lets hope this is resolved.

All the information we have is in the section we linked to. Just to make certain, though did you remove the entries from the Market Data Username/Password in the "Data/Trade Service Settings". Since you are using our Denali data, you do not need those entries, and this is often where the issue comes from. This has not been a priority for Rithmic.
