Just to make certain, though did you remove the entries from the Market Data Username/Password in the "Data/Trade Service Settings". Since you are using our Denali data, you do not need those entries, and this is often where the issue comes from.

This has not been a priority for Rithmic. This issue has been on-going for a few years now.
