I'm getting the following message: Unauthorized mbox indicator Please set/update your Sierra Chart account name mboxwave.com/ platforms/ sierra chart/ set account name Having gone thru the solution process many times, I still have no data and get the same error. I then changed my user name from Ken Gabriel to Ken Gabriel 1, again to no avail. I tried to check for latest version and check on my account balance, but I can't connect. I had this issue in the past, but was able to resolve it. Please help.....
