Rollover Method

During the rollover I noticed that there are different settings “CQG” vs “Denali”. Where do these differences come from? (see pic). If I want to make the customizations by myself and click on the “Open Rollover Settings” button, the program stops and I can only get out by using the Task Manager. The differences come from our Symbol Settings for each service. It is just an oversight on our part. We'll take a look and see which one needs to be adjusted. You should not be having an issue editing the Rollover Settings. If you select the button for "Open Rollover Settings" and you do not see the next window that should come up and you can not interact with the system, then select the "Escape (ESC)" key one time. You should be able to interact with the system after that. If you can, then this means that the Rollover Settings window is being opened off-screen somewhere where you can not see it. If the above is the case, then try selecting "Window >> Reset Windows" and then try again. Let us know if you have a problem getting the window to show after this. There was a time delay before the “Rollover” window became visible (didn't know). It depends on the chartbook. My “every day” (FDAX) CHT took almost 2 minutes for the rollover window to appear. Other CHTs were much faster, although almost the same studies, but maybe 5 charts less. Many thanks, John. Now it works. |
