The differences come from our Symbol Settings for each service. It is just an oversight on our part. We'll take a look and see which one needs to be adjusted. You should not be having an issue editing the Rollover Settings. If you select the button for "Open Rollover Settings" and you do not see the next window that should come up and you can not interact with the system, then select the "Escape (ESC)" key one time. You should be able to interact with the system after that. If you can, then this means that the Rollover Settings window is being opened off-screen somewhere where you can not see it. If the above is the case, then try selecting "Window >> Reset Windows" and then try again. Let us know if you have a problem getting the window to show after this.
