Hello, is there a way to get a paper demo trading account with paper account balance and etc. just like in a real Account? because the current demo offers only seeing P&L in points and not balance.l

Hey, Thank you, I managed to open a Account. But now a new problem arises, when I changed the Account on my main Instance, the other instances also automatically get the account i think, but then the Data just stops working for the other Instances and only my main Instance works, any fixes?

Make sure you have the proper symbols in the sub-instances. If they are not correct for the selected service, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". I tried to Translate the symbols, but it still stays at the same Price and doesnt move while my main Instance is active. Is there any way I can have all Instances working with using a different Account? Im using the CQG account normally, but when I switch to the Demo account, only the Main instance works.

Is there any way I can have all Instances working with using a different Account?
We are not certain of which way you are asking this question, so we'll answer all the options that we can think of. The first is that sub-instances, which are started by selecting "File >> New Instance", all share the same trading service. So you can not use different trading services with Sub-Instances - these are going to use the service that is set in the Main Instance. This also means that whatever accounts are available in the Main Instance will also be available in the Sub-Instances. The one caveat (if you want to call it this) is that sub-instances can also be in "Simulation Mode" when the main instance is not. If you are wanting your trades to go through your main instance, then you need to ensure that the sub-instance does NOT have "Trade >> Trade Simulation On" enabled. There should not be any difference between using Sub-Instances with CQG versus using them with the Trading Simulator. Again, make sure the sub-instances do not have "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled. -- If you are still having an issue with a sub-instance, then we would need to know exactly what is occurring (are you not getting data, or are you not able to place a trade, or something else). If the problem is data in the sub-instance, then we would need to see the sub-instance Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I tried to tujrn off Trade simulation but sadly still, only main Instance is updating price while all the others are stuck at the same Level. The symbols in the sub-instance are incorrect for the "Trading Evaluator" service. If the symbols are not updating correctly when selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in the sub-instance, then you will need to update them manually. For instance, the Sub-Instance is showing a symbol of "F.US.EPH25" - this is a CQG symbol. The symbol for the Trading Evaluator would be ESH25. You must also have another instance with incorrect symbols, as we see references to "ESH25-CME", "NQH25-CME", and "SIH25-COMEX". These are the symbols for the "SC Data" service.
