You should definitely be seeing the older trades in the Trade Activity Log if you are connecting to your Teton account. Make sure you have the Trade Activity Log filtering set to show what you are wanting: Trade Activity Log: Common Instructions to Set Trade Activity Log Display Settings For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have it set properly. What i mean is : the trades I executed in a specific installation of SC be also shown in another installation of SC (where I connect to my teton account) |

Still not able to retrieve! Max historical order fills is set to an enough number. Does SC store my teton activity log(executed in SC) only locally in the SC folder? or also on the cloud (wherein i am able to retrieve the log anytime anywhere in any SC installation? What happened was : i ended up deleting the whole SC folder where i was trading with teton and then made a fresh new installation for the same, now i want the trade activity log that i executed in the folder i deleted. Is that possible? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-19 08:21:21

The trade activity is definitely available on the server. How far back are you trying to access data? Also there is no such thing as a cloud in relation to computers. This is a complete nonsense term. We could care less if everyone in the world uses it. It is a meaningless ridiculous nonsensical term. We did testing and we did not encounter any problem downloading past historical order fills and the timestamps also look correct. We want you to exit from Sierra Chart and rename this subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder: /TradeActivityLogs to /TradeActivityLogs_Backup and start Sierra Chart again. What operating system are you running Sierra Chart on? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. so i tried to do the above again on a separately installed SC v2746 (before i was doing it on an older v2657). and it seems to be retrieving data for the month of march but not past that. the timestamps are also fine and the log also stays but just that its not giving me log for months of feb and jan. i am using windows 11. do you still want me to do this in this new installation ? We want you to exit from Sierra Chart and rename this subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder: /TradeActivityLogs to /TradeActivityLogs_Backup and start Sierra Chart again

You can access the longer-term order fill history over the weekend. Not during the trading week. There is no need to do anything more if you are no longer having a problem. You need to wait until the weekend and follow this procedure to get the long-term order fill history.: Trade Activity Log: Automatically Inserting Missing Order Fills Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you! It worked. There is one more problem with trade activity log not related to teton When i edit a trade activity logs Date/Time field - the edited changes does not reflect in Trades tab and nor do the changes reflect in the chart |

This should not be the case. However, go to Edit >> Refresh Log to refresh the Trade Activity Log. In the chart open the Chart Settings window and press OK. We are not understanding the images. Is the time of 15:59:01 the time before or after the edit? The image with the one line on it does not give us any information in relation to this, as we do not know that that line is from. We would need to see the Fill line before and after the edit. The last (exit) order was executed on 2024-09-23 09:30 which is what i have underlined in blue. I then edited it to 2024-09-20 15:59:01 Now this edit does not reflect in trades tab(where i have underlined in blue) and the chart(where the fill still shows on 2024-09-23) It only reflects in the trade activity tab. The trade activity tab is fine - the image you’re seeing of trade activity tab already reflects the edited fill. But it doesn’t reflect on the trades tab (blue underline) and the chart Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-04-01 15:27:19

It does not make sense to be editing simulated order fills because the timestamps should never be wrong especially during a replay. There is not the ability to edit the Transaction Date-Time which is the actual time of the fill. We have to see how that is managed when editing the Date-Time of the record. At this time what you are wanting to do should be considered unsupported. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
