Under "Tool Configs", many tools have the line "Copy Tool Config Name to Text". Unfortunately, this line is not in the "Properties". Is it possible to make it available there too? Many thanks. |

The purpose of that setting is to automatically have the configuration name used as the displayed Text for a particular drawing. This way, you can setup different configurations with different names in order to have the particular text you want when you first create the drawing. The Properties are what you see after the drawing is drawn and you want to change those settings. So this item doesn't really make sense at that point of a drawing's life. Thank you John. I see it a little differently, John. I have always used the “Properties” window to create a TC"x", as this window allows me to see every change immediately. Or I draw a line, realize I don't want a “...Config Name...” displayed anymore, I double-click into the properties, make my customization, save it and everything is done. If this option is now only in “Tool Configs”, I first have to open this window (without double-clicking), make my customization, save it and have to redraw... From my point of view, this is much more time-consuming in terms of handling. |

We have set this as a Feature Request. We take all requests, but can not say when we would get to any particular item.
