Connected to Rithmic Data Feed and my Teton CME Order Routing Account # shows up instead

I switched the datafeed from Teton CME Order Routing (live brokerage account) over to my Rithmic account for TopStep. My live account number is showing up in the trade window instead of the TopStep account and whenever I try to submit an order it creates a ghost order that shows up, is uncancellable, and is never filled.

My TopStep accounts are not showing up in the dropdown box.

Account connection is green.
Sierra Chart is Version 2744.
Never had this problem before and unsure how to proceed.

As an update, it's showing the last connected trade account that was successfully used. I switched over to "Trading Evaluator" for demo, then back to Rithmic DTC, and now my demo account is showing up in the pulldown menu when connecting to Rithmic.

Your log is a bit odd, as we see the following:

But then there is no additional line showing the number of accounts that have been retrieved. You would normally see something like the following:
Received 1 accounts from service.

We just had someone else who had an issue similar to this where the accounts were not showing. In their case, the problem was the length of the trading account names. These need to be less than 31 characters. Please check with your broker and see if your Rithmic account names are less than 31 characters, if not, then have them changed to be so.

Account name is 24 characters, so there shouldn't be a problem there.

I've used Rithmic successfully for about two years now without this issue and it only started happening today.

I'll check back tomorrow and see if the problem resolves itself. If not, what might the next step be?

The next step is to ask Rithmic about this. They are the ones that own the interface software, and for some reason the accounts are not being sent over.

Update:

There was a problem on TopStep's end. My accounts were nuked for some unknown reason. Working with them to solve the problem. Thank you for your assistance.
