Your log is a bit odd, as we see the following: 2025-03-06 11:22:01.349 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Requesting trade accounts from server.
But then there is no additional line showing the number of accounts that have been retrieved. You would normally see something like the following: Received 1 accounts from service.
We just had someone else who had an issue similar to this where the accounts were not showing. In their case, the problem was the length of the trading account names. These need to be less than 31 characters. Please check with your broker and see if your Rithmic account names are less than 31 characters, if not, then have them changed to be so.
