Denali feed reactivated and data won’t load.

Hello, my Denali data for cme was deactivated due to lack of payment. I payed and re activated it but data won’t load.

At first I thought I needed to reconnect to my live account so I reconnected to iron beam through data/trade services and connection is successful. Green connection bar shows and my account balance also shows, but data won’t load.

I also updated Sierra to newest version thinking it may have to do with that and data still won’t load.

Also when I go to select a symbol, I find it unusual that no symbols show up where all the symbol lists show up regularly. I searched online on previous support tickets and found a post about going to symbol settings and clicking “update from server” and it did nothing, I also unchecked “use custom symbol settings value” and still nothing.

I ran out of ideas of what else to do to regain connection. Can you help? Thanks

There was a change made to the symbols on the back-end that caused this. If you are still having a problem then download the symbols by following these instructions:
