I signed out of my platform, reset my password, and then signed back in to the platform. I see my connection showing as active/connected, but my charts are not updating and I have no symbols listed in "Find Symbol" window. I have restarted the platform, and updated it to the latest version, but I am still getting no data. When I open a chart it says "Symbol Settings Not Found For Current Service" (even though I am using the same symbol I always use). Thanks! |

I ended up restarting / reconnection / attempting to Update Symbol Settings a bunch of times and eventually did start getting symbols/data again. This may have just been an issue with propagation across services (Did not see any error messages to suggest that though). In any case, this is resolved now. Thank you! |

There was a change made to the symbols on the back-end that caused this.
