Cannot capture image by the Alert

I want to capture the chart image when the alert are triggered and then relay to the telegram. I have checked Yes for the "Capture Chart image on Alert for chart Alert 5" in the [Alerts] in General Settings. I also checked Yes for "Relay Own Messages to Telegram" in the chat windows setting. I can receive the alert messages successfully in the Telegram but no images can be attached. I have successfully received both image and messages before 28th Feb but suddenly it became messages only without images. I checked that the images are successfully output in the \Images folder but cannot relay to Telegram. Please advise how I can resume to receive both. Thanks

We just tested this to ensure it is working properly and we see the link to the image being sent to both the standard Chat and the Web-Based Chat. Are you not seeing a link to the image in your main Chat window? Are you getting the alert in the main Chat window? Attached is an image of our chat window showing the alert and the link to the image. I have found the solution.The problem is due the oversize for the upload images to SC server. I deleted the images with the link of image management and the image shown again in Telegram. Anyway. Thanks your support
