We just tested this to ensure it is working properly and we see the link to the image being sent to both the standard Chat and the Web-Based Chat. Are you not seeing a link to the image in your main Chat window? Are you getting the alert in the main Chat window? Attached is an image of our chat window showing the alert and the link to the image.
