DOM started to show depth at only one level.

Hi, I've opened up my charts this morning to find that my DOM is only showing bid/ask at 1 level. t normally shows bid/ask at 10 levels. I've checked the settings and Max Depth Levels is set to 10. I've disconnected and re-connected to data feed and nothing is resolving the issue? Please help!

You are setup to get real-time data from us including Market Depth for the CME exchange. If you are trying to get data for any other exchange, then you would be getting that data from Rithmic, in which case you would need to ask them about the number of levels you are seeing.
