I am setting up my account to go live on Eurex.
I bough package 11 and Eurex Data subscription from Denali
I have set up AMP Futures account with CQG order routing only.
Once I change data/trade services setting to CQG WebAPI with my live CQG credentials:
1. There are clearly differences between data between the services (I cannot understand why since to my knowledge the source of the feed is the same, and CQG is used only for order routing)
2. There are not only differences but clear gaps in the Data i receive once i chage

Is that normal, Am I doing something incorrectly and if so - How do I fix it :)
Please bring Teton to Eurex.

These are different symbols, so the data is the same, but you may not have received all the data, as the system needed to redownload the data for the new symbol.

If there are a lot of differences and gaps, then we would recommend starting by deleting all the data and downloading it again. Select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to do this. If this is a Continuous Contract Chart, then you will be prompted for which contracts to redownload - select all of them.

If there are just a few spots, then we would recommend finding the earliest one and redownloading the data from that time. Refer to the following:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Every service uses a different symbology. Therefore the symbol that is used when connected to "SC Data" is different from the symbol that is used for CQG. We can not say why it is this way, it just is.
