Denali data feed deactivated without any reason

Hello.I saw a message saying that Denali data feed deactivated but I paid 150usd on 31 January and now it’s deactivated.Why guys?I paid for it.Please help as soon as possible because I am full time trader and I have to trade.Thanks

However, you activated the CME professional exchange for 150 USD on January 30! That only paid for one day. We cannot change this. This is the policy of the exchange. And then there is another 150, that had to be paid on February 1 but you had an insufficient balance:
