I have an AMP Futures account that is setup with SC along with Denali.

Would it be possible to have a second SC installation where I would set it up with my IBKR account for market data so I can access Canadian TSX symbols since this is not supported in SC.

My goal is to be able to use SC to chart Canadian symbols as well.

Thanks

Yes, you can do this. Follow the instructions at the following link to install a second Sierra Chart:

It seems to work but I can only load data starting from Jan1, 2025. When I go to the chart settings-data limiting and select date range from 2024-01-01 it only downloads this current year.
It seems like the data itself is working as it shows accurate data from January 1 2025 on any time frame with the current price accurate as well.
The only issue is no matter what I do it only shows data starting in 2025

On the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" for Interactive Brokers is an option for "Maximum Intraday Days to Download Limit". Try increasing this to a value that makes sense for what you are wanting and select OK to close that window. Then go to the chart where you want to download more data and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

You should then get the number of days of data you specified.

That has not been my experience. I have downloaded data from 6 months ago on a 4 hour chart so the 30 day limit was in fact a settings issue which is now resolved. The historical daily charts are still an issue in terms of downloading data that goes beyond 30 days but intraday data does not seem to be a problem.
