On the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" for Interactive Brokers is an option for "Maximum Intraday Days to Download Limit". Try increasing this to a value that makes sense for what you are wanting and select OK to close that window. Then go to the chart where you want to download more data and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You should then get the number of days of data you specified.
