Subject: SR3 Data Feed Visibility Issue in Sierra Chart with Rithmic Connection

Dear Sierra Chart Support,

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot see the SR3 data feed in Sierra Chart while connected through Rithmic. I have confirmed directly with Rithmic that this feed exists, and I am attaching a screenshot from R | Trader Pro showing the SR3 exchange symbols with their 1-digit year codes for reference.

Could you please:
- Verify if there are any specific settings needed to enable viewing of these SR3 symbols in Sierra Chart
- Confirm if there are any known compatibility issues between Sierra Chart and this particular Rithmic feed
- Provide guidance on how to resolve this visibility issue

I can provide additional information if needed to help diagnose this problem.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
