Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I encountered an issue related to signal execution in NZD (6N) and require your assistance in understanding the behavior. Below are the details of the problem:

Issue:
A 1-lot long signal was triggered in NZD (6N) along with a flatten position signal (if any open). Target and stop offsets were specified in terms of ticks. However, upon reviewing the Trade Order Log, I noticed unusual behavior where:

The system opens the position, then closes it, and then opens it again.
The target and stop order prices appear to be incorrect.
My Concern:
I am unable to interpret the Trade Order Log and would appreciate it if you could help explain:

Why the position was opened, closed, and reopened in this manner.
Why the target and stop prices do not match the expected values based on the tick offsets.
I have attached the following files to assist with your investigation:

Trade Orders
Trade Service Log
Screenshot of the spreadsheet configuration for NZD (6N)
Target and Stop Order Prices for reference
I would appreciate your guidance on these points and any recommendations to prevent such behavior in the future.

Thank you for your time and support.

First thing is to make sure, that the Attached Orders are being set on the correct Trade Window:
