Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I encountered an issue related to signal execution in NZD (6N) and require your assistance in understanding the behavior. Below are the details of the problem: Issue: A 1-lot long signal was triggered in NZD (6N) along with a flatten position signal (if any open). Target and stop offsets were specified in terms of ticks. However, upon reviewing the Trade Order Log, I noticed unusual behavior where: The system opens the position, then closes it, and then opens it again. The target and stop order prices appear to be incorrect. My Concern: I am unable to interpret the Trade Order Log and would appreciate it if you could help explain: Why the position was opened, closed, and reopened in this manner. Why the target and stop prices do not match the expected values based on the tick offsets. I have attached the following files to assist with your investigation: Trade Orders Trade Service Log Screenshot of the spreadsheet configuration for NZD (6N) Target and Stop Order Prices for reference I would appreciate your guidance on these points and any recommendations to prevent such behavior in the future. Thank you for your time and support. |
