Hello, I cannot close the time and sales window(s) even after closing the software completely. I have exited out of the window using the correct steps but still an outline of the window stays (even on my main desktop once Sierra is closed). I attempted to capture an image using the edit -> screen image - > send main window to support however what I am seeing on my screen does not show up in the screen grab. How can I fully exit out of these windows? |

Make sure Sierra Chart is fully not running. Check through the Task Manager to see if the program is still runnning at all and stop it through that method if it is. But, we do not believe that this is a Sierra Chart issue. We have had another person report the same thing, but in every case the Sierra Chart software is not running at all, so it could not be Sierra Chart causing this to occur. It is something with the Operating System not releasing a resource or a problem with graphics. Thank you for the response. I did check the task manager and it did not look like Sierra was running. After some time it just went away on its own, strange.

This is just a stupid retarded Microsoft Windows issue. Looks like it began some time with Windows 10. We may be able to resolve it from the Sierra Chart side but that is not really where the problem is. But it is not likely to be until, September or the end of the year before we have this done.
