Make sure Sierra Chart is fully not running. Check through the Task Manager to see if the program is still runnning at all and stop it through that method if it is. But, we do not believe that this is a Sierra Chart issue. We have had another person report the same thing, but in every case the Sierra Chart software is not running at all, so it could not be Sierra Chart causing this to occur. It is something with the Operating System not releasing a resource or a problem with graphics.
