Error-Synchronized Internal Position quantity to current Service Position quantity.

Hello,

since start of 2025 i have the problem that order fills of trading evaluator are not tracked properly anymore.
When an order gets filled following messages can be found in the Trade Activity Log (for exmaple last few lines in the screenshot attached):
"
Internally marking as canceled. No order update from server. Trade Account: (not specified). Internal cancel
Synchronized Internal Position quantity to current Service Position quantity. New Internal Position quantity: 0
Removing Position with quantity of 0
"
The strange thing is, that the account value updates properly but the statistics are broken.

Kindly asking for help.

Messages like this are expected if Sierra Chart was disconnected for a period of time from the Trading Evaluator service, and order fills have occurred and then connected after:
Synchronized Internal Position quantity to current Service Position quantity

Why exactly do you say this ?:

We just did testing now of the trading evaluator where an order fill occurred when disconnected. When reconnected, the Trade Position quantity updated. There will be some delay, 8 seconds, because it is out of sync with the current position that Sierra Chart has. And the missing order fill was downloaded. Everything works correctly.

Unfortunately updating the sierra chart version did not help.

What i dont understand:
The open positions in my demo account calculate completely right. Winning trades are added correctly, and losing trades are subtracted correctly.

But if i wanna check the statistics, nothing shows up from the beginning of Year 2025.

Which data shall i provide for you to be able to check it?

Are you referring to a particular Trading service? Which one. Are you referring to Trade Simulation Mode?


But if i wanna check the statistics, nothing shows up from the beginning of Year 2025.

Do you see the trade activity data files, for those dates?:

Demo account = Account with Simulated Money created in the Trade Positions Window
Selected Service = Trading Evaluator [trading]

Yes i refer to Trade Simulation Mode.

In the trade activity log i see data until 2025-02-10, but when i try to get the statistics until today it shows me a last fill on 2025-01-09 18:14:56, even if i had several trades after that date.

Please find attached the latest trade activity log file.
