We just did testing now of the trading evaluator where an order fill occurred when disconnected. When reconnected, the Trade Position quantity updated. There will be some delay, 8 seconds, because it is out of sync with the current position that Sierra Chart has. And the missing order fill was downloaded. Everything works correctly.
