Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I migrated to Teton some months ago, I did that because Sierra Chart people said it was better than
all the others, I am quite happy with the software, I don't have a single bad thing to say, however
in the last few weeks it has started to malfunction, it connects and disconnects by itself, it doesn't
last all that much, it disconnects itself and reconnects itself almost instantly. It has happened quite
a few times already, by this I mean it's not a one time thing.
Would you guys please look into it? Are you guys working on something?

There is no reason for you to be having disconnections based on anything on our end. We do not do any maintenance except during non-trading hours (meaning the weekends mostly).

When you have a problem with this, then please get us your Message Log for us to check and see if there is something specific listed that might show where there is a problem. Follow these instructions to get us your log:
