I have denali and cqg data through Amp atm the data is in "Delayed" mode Amp informed me that i need to fill out a form in SC to connect to the live data Im having trouble understanding how this needs to be completed Thanks |

Data still delayed I am "enabled" by cqg/amp (confirmed this am) They said I need to be enabled by SC as well Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". You are not connecting to your CQG account. Your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". The reason you are not getting the real-time data at this time is that your "Verified Until" date is set to "December 25, 2024", which is in the past. You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account (CQG with AMP) at which time your "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future and you will then be able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
