You are not connecting to your CQG account. Your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services".

The reason you are not getting the real-time data at this time is that your "Verified Until" date is set to "December 25, 2024", which is in the past. You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account (CQG with AMP) at which time your "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future and you will then be able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
