Sierracharts is loading charts very slow since a week or so. In the LOG there are several Windows error codes 10060. If i try to ping ds24.sierracharts.com and ds14.sierracharts.com i get timeout. ds13.sierracharts.com and ds32.sierracharts.com are working. |

The ping does not tell you anything. The fact that ds24 and ds14 do not respond is only because we have set them to not respond to pings. The error 10060 means that you are having a connectivity issue. Refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. This will be resolved, in about 10 minutes. We have implemented a workaround for now. We apologize for this. It has to do with the new infrastructure for our EUREX data and there is a problem with one of the Internet connections that has still yet to be resolved. It should be resolved tonight.
