keyboard transaction problem

Hello, I have a trading problem with the BUY ASK and the SELL BID on the keyboard. It gives me this error: 'Requesting trade accounts from server', the demo went really well, do you know how to fix it?it's very bizarre that on the Demo it worked fine, but on the Prop company account it automatically gives me this error.
The connection is Rithmic, the Prop company cannot solve this problem and they suggested I contact you,Thanks

That message is not an error, it is a standard message that will show in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log". We would need to see your entire "Trade Service" log after you try to place an order and it fails. Follow these instructions to get us your log:

There are no errors showing in that log. The messages that are there are perfectly normal.

Is the Log you gave us from right after you tried to place an order and it did not work? If not, then that is what we need. If it is, then we need more information on exactly how you are placing the order and what you are seeing (or not seeing).

On the C button I chose BUY LIMIT and on the V button I chose SELL LIMIT, in demo mode it works perfectly, but not in the case of PROP FIRM

To start with, we do not recommend using a single key for a keyboard shortcut. This can get misconstrued as an entry of that letter and not as a keyboard shortcut, or vice versa. You should use a modifier key (ALT, CTRL, SHIFT) along with the key you want.

Second, there is no keyboard shortcut for just "Buy Limit" or "Sell Limit". There are options for "Buy Limit at Current Pointer Price" and "Sell Limit at Current Pointer Price". Or if you setup a customized order, then you need to set a reference point for where to place the order. Which one of these are you using, or is it something else?

What exactly is occurring when you use the keyboard shortcut? Are you getting any kind of error message showing on the screen? Is an order not being placed at all, or do you see something show up and then go away?

Also, can you try to get us the Trade Service Log right after you try to place an order and it fails. There should be information in there about what is occurring.
