hello, for some time now, I have no longer been able to trade in real life, each time I deactivate simulation mode and place an order in the order book, Sierra Chart automatically puts me back into ON simulation mode. I made a request to amp because I had asked some time ago if teton could be activated and here is their response below. Can you please tell me what I should do? Do I have anything to do? Thank you. Christophe my email exchange with amp : AMP | Freddy (AMP Futures (USA)) Nov 15, 2024, 11:25 AM CST i show you are enabled with order routing only and i see the teton setup that might have confused sierra chart so i think you might need to contact and confirm with sierra that they have you enabled for sierra charts order routing only and not teton Gilles Christophe Nov 15, 2024, 11:03 AM CST Hello, for some time now, I can no longer trade in real with Sierra charts, as soon as I want to switch to real, the system puts me back in simulation. The cqg flows that I used before no longer work. I remember making a request for teton some time ago, maybe there is a link? Otherwise, which flows should I use, do I have any manipulation to do? Thank you Christophe |

The reason you would be constantly put back in Simulation Mode is that you do not have your "Data/Trade Service Settings" set for your trading account. As such, you can only use simulation mode. It sounds like you are setup for the Teton Order Routing, in which case follow the instructions at the following link starting at Step #5 (you are not already setup for any real-time data for the CME Group, so you need to set this up as well): Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
