How do I close this Sierra Chart account?

I am not finding enough value on Sierra Chart.
1. Parallel lines drawing tool does not work well at all, (channel drifts off course without any input.)
2. LACK of a range drawing tool.
3. Numbers Bars study a) Candlesticks do NOT match bid/ask numbers (drifts)
4. Very hard to chart on 1 chart while trading another i.e. Charting S&P e-minis while trading S&P micro e-minis.
These Foundational and fundamental flaws are inexcusable.
How do I close this account?

We can certainly do the refund but we want to respond to each of these.

2. Not sure what this is. We may have that already. Maybe you are referring to the Chart Calculator tool:

3. This is impossible. There should not be a problem with this at all. What is the symbol? And what is the method by which you are displaying the candlesticks when using the Numbers Bars study?

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:

4. Definitely should not be any issue with this. Refer to this Chart Setting:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

There are definitely not flaws here. Simply could not be and other users can comment on this as well.

1. I don't use these often but they work fine when I do.
2. What is a "range drawing tool"?
3. Numbers Bars work flawlessly and has for years. Maybe your data feed isn't up to par?
4. It is easy to set the "Trade" symbol to a micro while the main chart is a mini. It's been a feature for probably 10 years at this point. Never had an issue with it in many man years.

Your lack of detail in describing your issues really points to the problem, and that's user error. If you can't even describe the problem, of course you're going to have trouble getting the configuration correct. I'm happy to help if you still use SC, just reply to this thread with more detail.
